  • Do you offer any warranty on your products?
    Yes, all of our products come with a manufacturer's warranty. The length and terms of the warranty vary depending on the product and manufacturer. We do not provide any warranty from our side. Please check the product pages for more information. Customer shall Contact Manufacturer in case of any warranty or repairs related issues.
  • Do you offer any financing options?
    Yes, we offer financing options through a third-party payment gateway. Please check the checkout pages for all financing options information.
  • Can I cancel my order after making a payment through Razorpay?
    Yes, you can cancel your order before it has been shipped with cancellation charges of 5% for order handling charges. Once your order has been shipped, you cannot cancel it. If you need to cancel your order, please contact us as soon as possible. We will process the refund through Razorpay once the cancellation is confirmed additional 2% will be charged to the refund amount.
  • Do you charge any additional fees for using Razorpay?
    Yes, Additional 2% of total amount will be charged on every payment made through Razorpay.
  • Do you offer free shipping?
    Yes, we offer free standard shipping on all orders over Rs.3,000/- to over 22000 pin codes in India, and these are shipped by surface logistics. All product pages have a pin code checker to give you an estimation of the delivery timeline. Shipping time is estimated and commences from the date of shipping and not from the date of order. Shipping can sometimes take longer than estimated due to invalid addresses, weather conditions, sale-related congestion, and force majeure conditions. Once your order is shipped, the tracking link is sent to you via email to the email address provided by you while placing the order. Please check our shipping policy for more information.

    You can place an order directly on our website. Simply add the product(s) to your cart and follow the checkout process. You can add the product(s) to your wishlist if you want to purchase it in the future.
  • What happens if I receive a damaged product?
    If you receive a damaged product, you can return or exchange it provided you submit a video of the product from the time of taking the delivery till the time of opening the product. Video must not have any cuts or pauses and must be shot in a well light up area. Once we receive and approve the video, and photos, we will scrutinise the videos and photos. If approved from the scrutiny team, we will process your return or exchange. we will refund the amount only after the product is received at our facility and checked.
